Saint Leo University is offering new tuition and financial aid options to benefit their students, the school said in a recent website release.

The program, which is being launched under the name of Dare to Roar, has been designed to give students of the school more options for their funding.

"Especially during these times, it is important to make higher-education opportunities available to learners of all backgrounds, means, and aspirations," Saint Leo President Jeffrey D. Senese said in the release. "Most people will be surprised at how affordable a private university learning experience can be. At Saint Leo, our Dare to Roar options will make some degree programs available at essentially no out-of-pocket cost."

Additionally, the Tuition Advantage Program will be available to students who have an average 3.5 GPA or higher and whose families earn under $50,000 a year. Those students will be given full tuition coverage, making it an excellent option for driven individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend the school

"Now more than ever, it is important for students to have access to a top-ranked private education within their home state at an affordable price," Dr. Senthil Kumar, university vice president for Strategic Enrollment Management, said in the release. "Saint Leo is a top performer on social mobility according to U.S. News & World Report, and it is our steadfast belief that we will continue to change the financial trajectory of students and their families for generations to come through this new program."

St. Leo is the oldest Catholic institution of higher education within the state of Florida, and their dedication to students of all needs is a testament to the work that they have done throughout their history to further the kingdom of God and the good of their students.

Applications for the Fall 2021 semester are being accepted and can be accessed online. For more information, visit www.saintleo.edu/dare-to-roar.
