Saint Leo University has been named the 26th best value in higher education of the southern regional universities by the 2021 U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges rankings.
“I am proud that Saint Leo again this year was named a best university and a best value university in the South,” Jeffrey Senese, university president, said in a release issued on the Saint Leo website. “Our rankings demonstrate the commitment of our faculty, staff and community to our students. I am especially pleased with Saint Leo’s rankings for diversity, veterans’ education, social mobility and international student education. The university builds on our Catholic tradition of educating and welcoming all. We remain committed to providing the best education at a reasonable cost to students of all races, cultures, religions and creeds. And we remain committed to our military and student-veterans.”
In addition to ranking 26th for regional universities, Saint Leo ranked fourth for Best Value Schools in the South, which is an improvement from last year's rank of fifth.
“Being named one of the best values in higher education speaks volumes about what Saint Leo is all about,” Senese said. “Saint Leo offers a high-caliber, private-university education at an affordable price along with excellent scholarships and financial aid packages."
