St Ambrose Catholic Church issued the following announcement on April 12.

In the state of Florida every adult is an ethical mandated reporter and is required to report abuse if disclosed to them. They are also required to report any healthy suspicion of abuse. They may do so anonymously. Additionally, in the state of Florida there are professionally mandated reporters who too are required to report disclosed abuse and the healthy suspicion of abuse but are not allowed to do so anonymously. They must provide their identity.  People in this category include but is not limited to, doctors, nurses, teachers, childcare providers and so forth.
